Service Advisor

This position requires someone who can balance exceptional customer service, sales, communication, and organization in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. You'll manage the customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery while working closely with technicians and management to keep work moving efficiently. Responsibilities Build strong, long-term customer relationships Review inspections, prepare estimates, present recommendations, and ask for the sale Maintain clear communication with customers and the shop throughout the repair process Manage multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environment Follow established procedures for intake, documentation, follow-up, and delivery Take ownership of customer concerns and the overall customer experience Contribute to the continued improvement and development of the shop You May Be a Great Fit If You: Have automotive service advisor or related industry experience Are confident presenting recommendations and selling needed repairs Stay organized and professional under pressure Communicate well with customers, technicians, and management Take ownership, follow processes, and work well as part of a team Want to contribute to the continued growth and success of the company Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Compensation: Starting at $75,000+ per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
