Structural Steel Project ManagerOxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a Structural Steel Project Manager for a direct hire, onsite opportunity.The Project Manager will oversee assigned structural steel projects, including planning, coordination, technical review, scheduling, and project documentation. This role is responsible for ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes, engineering standards, and project requirements.ResponsibilitiesManage assigned structural steel projects from planning through completionCoordinate engineering activities with internal teams, clients, contractors, fabricators, and other project stakeholdersReview drawings, specifications, technical reports, calculations, submittals, and RFIsMonitor project scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, and resource needsIdentify project risks, delays, or technical issues and help resolve themEnsure project work complies with applicable codes, standards, and accepted engineering practicesCommunicate project status, updates, and key issues to leadership and project teamsProvide technical guidance and support to assigned team membersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field10 years or more of experience in an engineering project management roleExperience preparing technical reports, calculation packages, plans, and specificationsExperience with structural steel projects and technical project coordinationEffective communicator with experience managing others and coordinating multiple project stakeholders
