Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend | Holidays as Needed | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pregnant patients and postpartum patients up to six weeks post-delivery
• Perform triage assessments and labor checks in a Women and Children's unit setting
• Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal status throughout labor and delivery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe patient outcomes
• Float to other campus locations within the health system as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
• AWHONN Beginner or Intermediate certification required
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Must pass a compliance EKG exam (two attempts allowed)
• No open background cases permitted; third-party education verification required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates are not eligible)
• Valid driver's license required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification preferred
• AWHONN Advanced certification preferred
• Previous experience as a Charge RN is a plus
