Empowering Job Coach for Disability Support & Growth
Catholic Charities
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington is seeking a part-time Job Coach to provide job coaching and community support to participants referred through the Developmental Disability Administration (DDA). The role includes on-site support and personal care tasks as needed to help participants progress on their Person-Centered Plan (PCP). You will document progress, coordinate transportation, and collaborate with the Employment Specialist to ensure effective service delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr Catholic Charities
