Utility Yard Worker

Job Summary The Utility Yard Worker is responsible for assorted maintenance including maintaining clean and well-groomed grounds around the facility. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Paint equipment and buildings for preventive maintenance. Maintain clean area around dumpsters; pick up trash; dump and clean trash barrels. Cleans interior of plant including showers, restrooms, and breakroom. Ensure familiarity and observation of all company safety rules and regulations. Perform all other duties as assigned. Management retains the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred. Prior maintenance/janitorial experience preferred. Additional Qualifications Works well with others in a team environment. Dependable; reliable.
