Grants Programs Manager - Community Development (CDBG/SSG)
National Community Development Association (NCDA)
The City of Naperville is seeking a Community Grants Manager to oversee the CDBG and Social Services Grant programs, including planning, compliance, financial management, citizen participation, contract administration, and subrecipient monitoring. The role also prepares the Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plans, and CAPER, while coordinating SSG processes and ensuring HUD reporting requirements are met.
