Position Overview As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide comprehensive family medicine services to patients of all ages while helping advance the organization's mission of delivering accessible, high-quality healthcare. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to diagnose, treat, educate, and advocate for patients while contributing to initiatives that improve community health. Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan - Perform physical examinations and health assessments - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions - Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic testing - Prescribe medications and coordinate specialty referrals as needed - Perform office-based medical procedures within scope of practice - Document patient encounters and treatment plans within the electronic health record - Deliver preventive care, wellness counseling, and chronic disease management - Collaborate with behavioral health and other interdisciplinary care teams - Participate in community health education and outreach initiatives - Support quality improvement efforts and evidence-based clinical practices - Provide follow-up care and continuity of treatment for established patients - Serve as a clinical resource for support staff and contribute to a positive patient experience Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $200,000-$250,000 (commensurate with experience) Comprehensive benefits package includes: - 100% employer-paid medical coverage - 100% employer-paid dental coverage - Employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance - 20 days of PTO during the first two years - 12 paid holidays annually - 2 weeks of paid parental leave - 401(k) with 4% employer match - Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Qualifications - M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school - Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine - Eligible for or currently licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania - Experience caring for patients across all age groups - Strong commitment to patient-centered care and community health - Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community health setting is highly preferred If you're passionate about providing comprehensive primary care, improving access to healthcare, and working in an organization where your work has a direct impact on the community, we encourage you to apply!
