Your primary responsibilities will include performing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, developing individualized plans of care based on current evidence and patient goals, and delivering hands-on interventions and therapeutic exercise programs. You will use a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education to promote functional recovery and long-term health. A typical day will include a mix of initial evaluations and follow-up treatment sessions, with scheduling designed to support both clinical efficiency and high-quality, one-on-one patient interactions. You will document care using an electronic medical record system, maintain accurate and timely notes, and work closely with referring providers to coordinate treatment plans, share progress updates, and support continuity of care.
