Levy Sector – Restaurant Server Assistant – US Open at Billie Jean King National Tennis Center Pay Rate: $13.45 per hour Location: USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, Flushing, NY Seasonal Employment Dates: August 23rd – September 13th, 2026 Job Summary Assists servers with various dining‑room activities, including table setting, order delivery, bussing, and maintaining presentation and temperature standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supports servers in preparing the dining‑room and table sets. Delivers orders to tables and buses tables. Performs other duties as assigned. Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards. Maintains personal safety and the safety of others. Abides by company policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate gloves (medium‑weight cut gloves, oven mitts, fryer gloves, steamer gloves), slip‑resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
