Driver Overview Top pay that rewards the miles. Earn up to $93,200+ annually, with base pay ranging from $0.55–$0.62 CPM based on experience. Drivers average 2,000–2,600 miles per week, paid on practical miles loaded and empty. Bonuses that stack on top of base. Weekly performance bonuses add up to $0.07 CPM, plus clean DOT inspection bonuses, detention, layover, breakdown, extra stop, and tarping pay. Flexible home time you can plan around. Get home every weekend on a 5.5‑days‑on schedule, with occasional required Saturday freight. Stay out 7 days and come home for a 2‑day reset instead. Freight that keeps you rolling.
