An apartment community in the St. Petersburg/Gateway area is hiring an EPA-Certified Maintenance Technician for immediate hire. Must hold current EPA Universal certification. Community details shared during the interview.
What you'll do:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Complete work orders and apartment turns to a high standard
- Maintain curb appeal and respond to on-call emergencies as scheduled
What we're looking for:
- Current EPA Universal certification (required)
- 1+ year apartment/multifamily maintenance experience
- Reliable transportation and tools
