Solution Marketing Manager

Position Purpose: We are seeking a strategic and creative Solution Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a highly experienced marketer passionate about driving solution marketing to deepen customer engagement and support growth in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will be responsible for spearheading solution marketing globally for the data center and smart building segments. This will entail the development of our go-to-market marketing strategy, high-impact messaging, campaign and solution launches that differentiate Siemon in targeted markets. The role involves close collaboration with product management, marketing and sales to support our brand, demand and enablement objectives globally. Role & Responsibilities: o Understanding of the data center and smart building market environments, dynamics, trends, key technologies and solutions o Management of the go-to-market marketing strategy and customer framework development for all targeted market segments - to include mapping of customer personas, challenges, causes, solutions and customer impact o Drive all customer centric, needs based messaging and value proposition at a brand and segment level. Draft all required messaging. o Spearhead the data center and smart building global campaigns to include overall strategy planning, process and associated thought leadership and content deliverables o Support all key product launches with responsibility for developing the marketing messaging in close collaboration with product management o Responsibility for the content strategy, and coordination and writing of key content deliverables: brochures, flyers, videos, guides, in alignment and collaboration with product management and product marketing o Spearhead the vertical marketing strategy and approach o Alignment with product management and sales on buyer insights and voice of the customer o Research and understanding of the competitive landscape to drive competitive, differentiated marketing o Close alignment with product management, sales and marketing to ensure aligned marketing output and support for our brand, demand & enablement goals Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent in a related field
• 10+ years B2B marketing experience, preferably in the connectivity industry
• A strategic marketing mindset balanced with the required tactical output
• Strong business and competitive analysis skills
• An ability to translate complex concepts and technologies into business-oriented value propositions
• Hands-on experience in go-to-market marketing strategy planning and messaging development
• Excellent writing skills, with a proven ability to write both brand and solution level content in the B2B space
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and global team environment Siemon
