Extended Stay - - Responsibilities: Assist guests and respond to guest requests with diligent follow-through; Answer phones and handle reservations, registration, payment, and departures; Check guests in and out and maintain cash/credit card and city ledger accounts; Maintain front desk area, lobby, and common areas in compliance with standards; complete daily front office paperwork; Follow safety and security procedures; provide accommodations as needed; participate in cross-training with housekeeping and laundry
