At 1 HundredX Refresh Bath, we're changing the way homeowners experience bath remodeling. We provide beautiful, affordable, and low-maintenance bath and shower solutions that improve homes and enhance everyday living.

Due to continued growth and a strong flow of pre-qualified leads, we're looking for motivated In-Home Sales Representatives to join our team. If you're confident, driven, and enjoy helping people make decisions that improve their homes, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. No cold calling. No door knocking. We provide the appointments.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners during company-provided appointments
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations
• Use our iPad-based sales system to design custom bath solutions
• Build rapport with homeowners and identify their needs
• Present product options and pricing
• Close sales and help customers move forward with their remodeling projects
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable presenting and speaking with homeowners
• Ability to build trust and close sales
• Previous in-home sales experience is a plus
• Home improvement, remodeling, roofing, siding, window, or bath industry experience is highly preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Local to the Oklahoma City area

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earnings. Top performers have the opportunity to earn a substantial income based on their effort, sales ability, and performance.
