Litigation Attorney

A corporate and securities law firm is seeking an Attorney to support our growing litigation practice and provide an exceptional experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong civil litigation experience, be organized, have great attention to detail, can work independently and in a team environment, and is highly motivated. The Attorney should have at least 4-6 years of relevant experience. This position offers tremendous growth potential and an opportunity to learn all aspects of the securities industry, including broker‑dealer, investment adviser, private and public fund space. Key Responsibilities Draft and respond to written discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, and admissions). Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts. Support trial preparation, including drafting motions, preparing exhibits, and coordinating witnesses. Manage expert witness selection, preparation, and testimony coordination. Provide clear, timely client updates and case status reports. Leverage cloud‑based platforms and AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes. Qualifications Required Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active admission to the California State Bar (required). Minimum 4 years of commercial or civil litigation experience. Strong knowledge of litigation processes and procedural rules. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Familiarity with cloud‑based litigation platforms and billing protocols. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and effective at managing deadlines. Why Join Us?
