Sr Reporting Analyst-Oncology

Sr Reporting Analyst-Oncology Responsibilities: Responsible for the research and understanding of all Oncology Service Line workflows in order to facilitate effective report writing, scorecard and dashboard development to support operational efficiency and strategic goals. Responsibilities include support and provisioning of departmental wide data systems, including ensuring of data integrity, data audits, data analysis and additional business-critical functions. Serves as the lead in supporting technical development of other analysts. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for departmental workflows and translates processes into accurate and sustainable reporting/analysis tools. Continuously monitors dashboard performances and makes updates or changes as required. Interacts and works closely with business intelligence, data architecture and leadership teams. May provide guidance and support to others analysts to ensure analytics and reporting is executed within expected timeframes and to meet business objectives. Qualifications: Education Bachelors Degree rom a recognized college or university in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or closely-related field Required Work Experience 3 years of progressively responsible data analytics and/or statistics experience Required 3 years of relevant experience in Oncology Hospital Operations (Infusion, Radiation, Surgery), Physician Practice Operations, or a similar healthcare setting involving reporting / analytics Preferred Additional software experience includes Crystal, Epic and Tableau reporting Preferred Epic reporting workbench, slicer dicer and clarity and kaboodle report writing Preferred Licenses and Certifications None Required #J-18808-Ljbffr Fayette Chamber of Commerce
