As a customer retention specialist with Andrew Gannon State Farm, you will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience and supporting the daily operations of our agency.

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure their insurance needs are being met.

This position is primarily focused on customer service, customer retention, and account management , with opportunities to identify customer needs and recommend additional insurance products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers, answer incoming phone calls, and provide a welcoming and professional experience.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.

• Assist existing customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, account updates, and general insurance needs.

• Focus on customer retention by following up on billing concerns, upcoming cancellations, and customer service requests.

• Proactively contact existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve their coverage.

• Schedule appointments, assist with policy reviews, and coordinate follow-ups with agency team members.

• Identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance products and services based on customer needs.

• Support agency sales and retention goals through customer outreach, relationship building, and follow-up activities.

• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in agency systems.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer needs are handled efficiently and professionally.

• Meet established customer service, retention, and activity goals.

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, administrative support, or account management preferred.

• Insurance experience is a plus but not required.

• Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses.
