Staff Accountant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and accrual schedules for admin cost centers and balance sheet accounts. Process and code AP invoices for admin entities, coordinate approvals, and assist with payment runs. Perform billing, collections, and cash application for assigned markets and revenue streams. Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for monthly financial reports. Assist in the preparation of variance analysis and financial reporting packages. Manage reimbursable employee allocation tracking and market cash reconciliations. Coordinate with Market Finance and other departments to obtain documentation and resolve discrepancies. Support audit preparation and year-end close activities. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance required. 1-3 years of accounting experience; commercial real estate or professional services experience preferred. Working knowledge of GAAP and basic multi-entity accounting principles. Experience with billing, AP, and collections processes preferred. Proficiency in accounting ERP systems; strong Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
