What You'll Do

As a Custodian Janitor , duties include but are not limited to:
• General grounds clean up.
• Light snow and ice removal from property.
• Cleaning floors, restrooms, and windows in designated areas.
• Assisting in the on-site laundry facilities.
• Collecting and emptying trash.
• Cleaning of the company fleet vehicles.

Qualifications

Required:
• Responsible person with the ability to follow directions, pay attention to detail, and work independently.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate basic information in English.

• Additional Requirements: The candidate must pass required Criminal Record History Clearance, FBI and Child Abuse History Clearance, as well as possess a valid PA driver's license and maintain a good driving record throughout employment. The candidate must pass a pre-employment Physical & Drug Screening ( THC included ) & possess the ability to attend and successfully complete all required trainings.

Schedule

• Full-Time

• 1st Shift - 6am-2pm

• Sunday-Thursday OR Saturday-Friday

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals as needed
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
