What You'll Be Doing

• Start your shift at our East Brunswick office with a crew of like-minded teammates
• Hit the road in our signature blue trucks to remove unwanted items for local customers
• Deliver friendly, respectful service that keeps people smiling
• Use your communication and sales skills to upsell services and earn bonuses
• Sort items for donation, recycling, and disposal—being green is part of our mission
• Gain leadership skills as you grow into team lead roles

You're a Great Fit If You…

• Are 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Bring a positive, team-first mindset
• Are goal-oriented and not afraid of a little friendly competition (hello, bonuses!)
• Can lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly (you'll get stronger, fast )
