This role is essential for maintaining project timelines and delivering top-tier service. Key Sub Tasks for the Project Administrator Role Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and internal departments. Maintain accurate project documentation and submit necessary permits. Navigate post-installation inspections. Foster positive client relationships through exceptional service. You May Be a Great Fit If... You are exceptionally detail-oriented, accuracy matters to you. You're comfortable with numbers; bookkeeping, accounting, billing, or similar experience is a plus. You're a quick learner and aren't intimidated by new technology or software. You naturally create organization and follow-up when there are lots of moving pieces. You're comfortable working independently and asking questions when something doesn't look right. You communicate professionally and enjoy helping both coworkers and customers. You can manage several priorities without losing track of the details. Previous administrative, project admin, accounting, construction, or service-industry experience is helpful, but we're more interested in your aptitude and attention to detail than a specific job title. Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but we'll teach the right person. Additional Requirements Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
