Compensation $80,000 - $100,000 + $10K Signing Bonus Responsibilities Review patients’ medical history. Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns. Develop individualized treatment plans. Outline clear goals and expected outcomes. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury. Record patient progress and modify plans as needed. Educate patients and family members about the recovery process. Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Oklahoma. Preferred: 1 year experience in outpatient orthopedics; new graduates strongly encouraged. Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills. Desire to work in a team that emphasizes a service-based culture of excellence and lifelong learning. Genuine enjoyment of helping others in a rewarding environment. Education Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, licensed or eligible for licensure in Oklahoma.
