Warehouse & Inventory Specialist (5am-1pm)

Candidate Source is hiring dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Associate for a growing logistics company in Charlottesville, VA (Barracks Rd area) . • Unload inbound shipments and verify product accuracy
• Receive and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Pick, stage, and load outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment (training provided)
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures
• Support other departments as needed, including inventory control and order fulfillment
• Maintain inventory level, counting, verifying and putting into Excel spreadsheets
• Contribute to a positive team culture by communicating clearly and offering process improvement ideas

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred (training available)
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for most of the shift
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Prior inventory experience
• stand up forklift is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check and drug screen
