Waiting period may apply Responsibilities Review claim notes / client documentation Assign investigative tasks, maintain communication throughout the duration of investigations, and assess findings Maintain detailed diary notes / claim history within the case management system Provide guidance and instruction to investigators Provide professional updates, reports, and communication directly with clients Manage the file within the appropriate budget and by the client’s due date Identify suspicious circumstances / red flags Review the completed investigation and provide recommendations for additional investigation when applicable QA final product including investigator time and expense #J-18808-Ljbffr ISG
