Receiving Associate (1st Shift)We're seeking an experienced Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers strong potential for permanent employment, career growth, and increased earnings based on performance.ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory.Stock, organize, and stage materials in warehouse locations.Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.Create and apply inventory labels using warehouse software.Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and restocking.Wrap and prepare pallets for storage or shipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Cross-train in other operational areas as needed.Qualifications2+ years of receiving or warehouse experience.2+ years of forklift operating experience.Experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, and material handling.Comfortable using warehouse systems and labeling software.Ability to lift, move, and stage materials throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Willingness to become certified on multiple forklift types.ScheduleTraining: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM-4:30 PMAfter Training: Monday-Friday, hours based on receiving needsWhy Join Us?Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potentialAdvancement and pay increase opportunities upon conversionMedical benefits available within 30 days of direct hire120 hours (3 weeks) of vacationAnnual work boot reimbursement up to $100Annual prescription safety eyewear reimbursement up to $150Work EnvironmentWarehouse setting with seasonal temperature fluctuations.
