Senior Distribution Operations Coordinator

Job Description Coordinates a variety of inventory and distribution activities according to established policies and procedures. Ensures all requisitions have been filled accurately and completely. Job Responsibility * Coordinates tasks related to the receipt of supplies from vendors (validating order, verifying item quality, entering delivery information into department computer system). * Ensures supplies are safely and functionally placed in storeroom using proper storage distribution techniques. * Facilitates the continuous inventory of storeroom to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times.
- Communicates inventory updates, discrepancies, and shortages to management.
- Coordinates the distribution of outgoing supplies to departments.
- Ensures all transactions are accurately documented and logged.
- Trains department staff in various inventory and distribution activities,
- Facilitates the cleanliness and organization of storeroom at all times.
- Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
