(CREST) 6/24/2026 Job Description: We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivatedDirect Support Professionals (DSPs)to join our residential services team. DSPs provide essential daily support to adults with IDD in a group home setting — promoting independence, ensuring health and safety, and enhancing quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, etc.).
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals and developing independent living skills.
• Assist with medication administration in accordance with training and policy.
• Transport individuals to appointments, community activities, and employment programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
• Complete required documentation, including progress notes, incident reports, and attendance logs.
• Follow individual support plans and behavior strategies as directed by the Qualified Professional (QP).
• Promote dignity, respect, and inclusion for all residents.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with IDD or preferred related field.
• Valid North Carolina Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and required training certifications.
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions; 2nd and 3rd shift available. Weekend positions consist of 12-hour shifts. Must have flexibility for occasional overtime or coverage needs. Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
