Overview Our successful team-based commercial and industrial painting company is seeking painters of all levels for the Seattle area. Job Summary Masking Brush/Roll Spraying Sandblasting Installing industrial coatings Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements Minimum age: at least 18 years old. Educational background: a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred. Physical fitness: ability to climb ladders, lift tools and equipment, and work in indoor and outdoor environments. Basic skills: proficiency in basic math and communication for measuring, mixing materials, and coordinating with team members. Safety awareness: OSHA 10 certification required or will be provided early in the program. Commitment to learning: apprenticeship combines 144 classroom hours per year with on‑job training; requires strong work ethic and eagerness to develop new skills.
