You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle strategy across multiple customer touchpoints. You’ll build sophisticated automated journeys, develop segmentation strategies, optimise customer communications through testing and personalisation, and work closely with Product, Analytics, Creative and Engineering teams to continuously improve customer retention, loyalty and lifetime value. This role would suit an experienced Lifecycle, CRM or Retention Marketing professional looking for greater ownership, measurable business impact and long‑term career progression within a high‑growth technology environment. Responsibilities Own the lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS and other customer engagement channels, driving retention and customer lifetime value. Build and optimise automated customer journeys, customer segmentation and experimentation programmes to improve engagement and reduce churn. Partner closely with Product, Creative, Analytics and Engineering teams to deliver personalised customer experiences at scale. Qualifications Experience within Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, Retention Marketing or Customer Marketing. Experience delivering lifecycle programmes within a subscription, DTC, e‑commerce, consumer technology or digital healthcare environment. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, marketing automation, analytics and data‑driven optimisation.
