Technology Transactions Counsel

A leading global law firm is seeking a Counsel-level attorney for its Technology Transactions practice in the Bay Area.

The practice advises technology companies, life sciences businesses, and financial sponsors on complex commercial technology and intellectual property matters that are critical to product development, commercialization, and corporate transactions.

Representative work includes:

• Leading negotiation of complex technology agreements, including SaaS, licensing, and enterprise service arrangements
• Serving as lead counsel on technology and IP aspects of M&A and strategic investments
• Structuring and negotiating commercial partnerships and collaboration agreements
• Advising on intellectual property licensing, ownership, and commercialization frameworks
• Acting as primary client contact and day-to-day relationship lead on key accounts
• Leading deal execution and coordinating cross-functional legal and business stakeholders across matters

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
