Client Services Associate

We are a long-standing and well-known Nashville-based investment firm, licensed in all 50 states, looking for a responsible Client Service Associate to perform a variety of tasks. This is a full-time entry-level position with benefits and potential for growth within the company. Additionally, the company will train and pay for necessary regulatory licensing. Responsibilities Assisting in daily office needs, record management, and managing our company’s general administrative activities Interact daily on the phone and in person with prospective and existing clients. Ensure account documentation is accurately and successfully submitted. This includes preparing documents to be presented to clients, obtaining appropriate signatures, submission, and follow-up of new account documentation. Perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors and firm leadership in daily business practices. Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments for advisors.
