Location: Woodbury, MN 55125 Shifts Available Part‑time 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm Responsibilities Engage with residents in a friendly manner with a can‑do attitude Demonstrate knowledge of the menu and make suggestions Take food and drink orders from residents with accuracy Deliver food in a timely manner Ensure residents are enjoying their meals and act swiftly to correct any problems Collect payment from residents and guests when necessary Enter orders into the POS system for transmission to the kitchen team Maintain impeccable personal grooming and hygiene standards Perform dining room checklists to ensure readiness, cleanliness, safety, and department of health compliance Ensure dining room set‑up and re‑set of tables is in accordance with procedures Know specialty diet needs of residents and how to obtain that information Practice safe food handling at all times Help food preparation team when necessary Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant, dining hospitality, or full‑service senior living (preferred) Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure Ability to perform high‑quality work while unsupervised Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and deliver orders in a timely fashion Willing to attend required training and safety briefings Benefits 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holidays Company‑Paid Basic Life Insurance Voluntary Short–Term Disability Company‑Paid Long‑Term Disability Health Reimbursement Account / Health Savings Account Flexible Spending Accounts Education assistance – up to $5,000 per calendar year Real‑time access to earned wages Employee Assistance Program Compensation: $13.50 per hour New Perspective is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
