As a Manager at Cold Stone Creamery you will:

For more than 50 years Cold Stone Creamery has served up the finest, freshest hand-crafted Ice Cream using only the highest quality ingredients and need a Store Manager to maintain and grow this great brand at our location in Columbus OH.

We are looking to hire a Store Manager that along with crew members will ensure a positive company image and maintain the day to day operations of a healthy franchise establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Training, developing all staff
• Enforcing policies and procedures
• Maximizing sales
• Managing expenses
• Inventory and labor control
• Staff Scheduling
• Develop and execute local store marketing programs
• Catering, fundraising expansion and growth opportunities
• Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment
• Move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance [(up to 30 lbs frequent, up to 40 lbs occasional)]
• Work 40-45 hours per week
• Work and report directly to the Owners and or Operations Manager and team

Qualifications:

• Specialize in decorating standard cakes as well as construct custom designs upon request
• Provide premier customer service
• Possess and maintain a positive attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Possess the ability to work independently
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Must have Manager Food Handler’s Certification
• 2 years previous restaurant management experience preferred
• Prior Ice Cream or Cold Stone Experience is a plus!
