• $140,000 - $175,000 annual salary, depending on experience

Preferred Skills for Success:

• 8+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Proficient with agency management systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
• Experience with mid-to-large-size accounts

The Role:

• Conduct thorough needs assessments
• Secure quotes and negotiate terms, coverage, premiums, and commissions with underwriters and carriers.
• In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
• Bind coverage, prepare policy binders, and delegate certificates.
• Knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
• Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns
• Respond to all inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters
