Pay Range: $30/hr - $32/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier diversity.
\n
• Oversee and manage complex procurement projects from initiation to completion, including supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and delivery, ensuring project goals are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
\n
• Provide guidance to a team of procurement professionals, ensuring the successful execution of procurement projects.
\n
• Foster and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure a reliable and responsive supply chain, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
\n
• Ensure that all procurement activities adhere to relevant regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies, maintaining accurate and organized records.
\n
• Establish and enforce quality control standards in procurement processes, conducting regular inspections and performance assessments.
\n
• Leverage technology solutions, such as procurement software and analytics, to enhance procurement processes, monitoring, and reporting.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

\n
• 1-3 years experience in procurement and project management.
\n
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex procurement projects.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
\n
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Preferred).
\n
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities (Preferred).
\n
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions (Preferred).
\n
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset (Preferred).
\n
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills (Preferred).
\n
• Continuous learning and self-development (Preferred).
\n
