Construction Foreman Trainee

Construction Foreman Trainee in Cookeville, TN Aqua Pools Service & Maintenance is seeking a dependable, experienced construction professional to join our growing team. This is a full‑time, year‑round position with strong opportunity for advancement into a foreman role. We specialize in pool construction, as well as service and maintenance, and take pride in delivering high quality work to our customers. Responsibilities Assist in all aspects of pool construction and installation Perform general construction tasks (digging, framing, concrete prep, equipment setup, etc.) Communicate daily progress and tasks with supervisors Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Support pool service and maintenance work when needed Requirements Previous construction experience is required Pool experience is preferred, but not mandatory Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding labor Quick learner who can adapt and take direction What We’re Looking For We want someone who is looking for long‑term employment, takes pride in their work, and is ready to grow with a company that values quality and reliability.
