FT Onsite in NY 105-140K plus benefits AWS, System Engineer, Windows, Active Directory, Scripting, Automation, Python/Powershell, cloud architecture We’re looking for a Cloud Systems Engineer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to go beyond support—someone who can optimize, automate, and continuously improve cloud systems that power real business outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Architect and support scalable, secure AWS environments Drive automation using Infrastructure as Code and scripting Partner with DevOps and IT teams to improve deployment and operations Optimize performance, reliability, and cost across cloud systems Troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term solutions Contribute to cloud architecture, standards, and best practices What You Bring ~3+ years in cloud, systems engineering, or infrastructure roles ~ Strong AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc.) ~ Solid foundation in Windows systems and Active Directory ~ Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar) ~ Understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture ~ Ability to communicate and collaborate across teams Nice To Have Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS) Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments AWS Certification (or working toward one) Company Description Top Prospect Group founders and management team offer more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology and Creative Staffing.
