Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Lead a dynamic pharmacy team in Globe, AZ, as a Pharmacy Manager on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a robust staff of 64 professionals, including pharmacists, lead technicians, technicians, and clerical personnel, ensuring efficient pharmacy operations and top-tier medication services.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily workflow for pharmacists, technicians, and clerical staff to meet operational demands.
• Schedule staff effectively to maintain consistent service delivery.
• Manage approximately 1,100 to 1,200 prescriptions weekly, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm.
• Collaborate in setting and achieving departmental goals aligned with the organization's strategic plan.
• Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and organizational standards.
• Oversee medication and supply reconciliation processes, address discrepancies, and ensure clear communication with relevant parties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited pharmacy school.
• Minimum of 3 years pharmacist experience, with at least 2 years preferred in hospital practice.
• Current and active Pharmacist license required; Arizona state license is preferred but not mandatory.
