Job Title: Forklift Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in a dynamic warehouse environment. This full-time position requires operating a sit-down forklift and utilizing RF scanners to manage inventory effectively. You will be responsible for handling various material movements including pushing, pulling, lifting, stacking, and loading/unloading trailers.

• Operate a sit-down forklift efficiently and safely.
• Push, pull, lift, stack, and move products within the warehouse.
• Utilize RF Scanner for inventory management.
• Load and unload trailers accurately and efficiently.
• Perform inbound receiving tasks with precision.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse space.

• Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Experience with RF Scanner and hand scanner technology.
• Strong material handling skills.
• Competency in warehouse inventory and distribution automation system software.

• Ability to lift up to 75lbs seed bags on a daily basis.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

The work takes place in a heated warehouse dedicated to storing and shipping seed bags. Employees are expected to follow a Monday to Friday schedule from 5:45 am to 3:15 pm. The role involves daily physical activity including lifting seed bags, which can vary in quantity based on shipment demands.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND.

The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $21.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
