Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our dynamic team at Kids Club ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized care to our young clients, fostering a happy and fun environment that encourages growth, development, and success.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor behavioral interventions and strategies to help children with autism and other developmental disabilities acquire new skills and behaviors

• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and modify treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication and effective delivery of ABA services

• Provide one-on-one instruction and support to children in various settings, including home, school, and clinic environments

• Collect and record data on child behavior and progress, using this information to inform treatment decisions and adjust interventions as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, including data collection, session notes, and billing information
