Treasury Sales Officer II - Global Large Corporate Consumer & Retail

This role focuses on leading product experts supporting Global Transaction Services in client engagements, account management, closing complex deals, and pursuing strategic opportunities with key clients. Responsibilities The Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) will manage and aggressively grow treasury revenue and profitability across a portfolio of current and prospective fortune 500 global companies within the Global Large Corporate Consumer and Retail Group. Partner with Corporate Bankers, Liquidity, Investment, Payments, Receivables, Foreign Exchange, Card, Trade and Service partners to present customized working capital and treasury solutions that meet client objectives. Grow treasury revenue across Global Large Corporate Consumer and Retails clients, focusing on subsectors such as Food, Beverage, and Consumer Goods. Act as digital ambassador driving mobile, digital and real-time payments adoption; lead strategic dialogues around client-centric issues; leverage best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solution positioning. Accountable for revenue growth, client calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing, RFP/RFI responses, call preparations, and leading client-facing treasury presentations; evaluate treasury solutions based on client-focused cost/benefit and bank profitability analyses. Maintain strong client focus while understanding bank operations; contribute to strategic dialogues and position solutions leveraging industry data and benchmarking. Lead pricing and negotiation discussions to optimize relationship profitability and YoY growth; coach Treasury Analysts and collaborate with Servicing and Implementation teams to deliver client solutions. Drive revenue growth, profitability, client planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal/presentation development and delivery. Develop client relationships from new client acquisition to deepening existing relationships by identifying client needs. Ensure responsible revenue and balance sheet growth, profitability improvement, client calling and planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, proposal responses, and lead client-facing treasury presentations. Partner with bankers and product specialists to develop customized treasury solutions based on client cost/benefit and bank profitability analysis. Lead pricing and negotiation for treasury management products to optimize profitability and YoY growth. Coach and mentor Treasury Analysts; collaborate with Servicing and Implementation teams to support client needs. Required Qualifications 5 years of Treasury Sales Officer experience Ability to travel up to 50% of time in a normal environment Successful track record in treasury management sales; broad and deep familiarity with global treasury management products and trends Proven business development and relationship management skills with complex clients Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Proven negotiation and active listening skills; strong executive presence Adept at critical and strategic thinking and problem resolution Strong business/financial acumen Ability to navigate the enterprise, engage partners, and escalate as needed Demonstrates ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team Effective at managing competing priorities in an organized fashion while maintaining high client satisfaction Capable of working as an individual contributor and as a close team member in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage risk while balancing client, team, and bank needs Desired Skills B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or related field Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent MBA or equivalent Experience in International Cash Management, Card Solutions, and/or Trade & Supply Chain Finance Ability to lead small groups and delegate tasks Desire to mentor and sponsor other associates Inclusive and inspiring; collaborative and hardworking team players Authentic and passionate; engaged teammates aligned with client and community work Innovative and curious; future-forward mindset to challenge the status quo Confident and agile; strong communicators who value feedback, relationship-building, decisive action, flexibility, and ongoing learning Skills Account Management Business Development Client Management Client Solutions Advisory Customer and Client Focus Critical Thinking Portfolio Analysis Presentation Skills Relationship Building Sales Strategy Coaching Collaboration Oral Communications Prioritization Prospecting Minimum Education Requirement Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Other For internal employees; participation in a work-from-home posture does not make you ineligible to post.
