HVAC Project Manager

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL | Weston, FL 33331 Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee office operations and field projects while ensuring successful execution of HVAC installation and service projects. This role requires strong project management skills, technical HVAC expertise, inventory oversight, and the ability to coordinate field technicians to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on field management. Key Responsibilities Manage HVAC projects from startup through completion. Coordinate daily operations between office staff and field teams. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery. Manage inventory across office locations and company vehicles. Coordinate and deliver project materials to job sites. Provide technical guidance and support to field technicians when needed. Conduct job site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality standards. Ensure projects comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Handle project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks. Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers. Resolve project issues and maintain smooth workflow throughout all phases of construction. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Previous experience managing HVAC installation or service projects. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work both in the office and at project sites. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
