Physical Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday, with Saturday availability on an as-needed basis.

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy interventions to patients in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care for patients recovering from various medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and quality of life.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state.
• Preferred experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings.
