Summary of Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruiting plans.  

Efficiently fill open positions.  

Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.  

Utilize emerging technologies for recruitment.  

Administer end-to-end hiring cycles. 

Monitor the hiring of candidates, which includes:  

Application review to ensure candidates are moving through process efficiently and timely. 

Review voice auditions and record results. 

Coordinate interview schedules, as needed. 

Finalize the hiring paperwork and work to resolve any issues and concerns. 

Complete final offer with candidate. 

Perform other duties as required.

Salary Range

The base pay range for this position is up to $47,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
