Low Voltage Service Technician / Installer

We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Service Technician/Installer to install, service, and troubleshoot a variety of low-voltage systems, including security systems, surveillance, access control, and structured cabling. Responsibilities Install, service, and troubleshoot security systems, including alarms and related low-voltage components Install, service, and troubleshoot IP, analog, and coax-based camera systems Perform fiber optic work, including termination, testing, and splicing Install and service door access control systems, including key card and credential-based systems Troubleshoot system issues and perform repairs efficiently and accurately Terminate and test low-voltage cabling (CAT5e/CAT6, coax, fiber, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and system layouts Ensure all work meets industry standards, codes, and customer requirements Provide professional customer service and clear communication on-site Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of low-voltage installation and service experience Ability to work independently or as part of a team Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Proficiency in cable termination and testing Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience working in commercial or industrial environments Familiarity with networking concepts related to IP-based systems Industry certifications (BICSI, manufacturer certifications, etc.) Pay Rate: $25.00/hr. - $32.00/hr.
