Financial Associate

To support financial operations, the full-time remote Financial Associate will analyze and process accounting transactions, prepare financial statements, and liaise with auditors during audits. Key responsibilities: Record journal entries and perform monthly reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting Compile and analyze financial results for management and regulatory reporting while maintaining effective reporting controls Coordinate annual audits by managing auditor requests and serving as the primary liaison between auditors and finance teams Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 1+ years of experience in financial results preparation and analysis, or equivalent education/experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Workday preferred Professional certification preferred (CPA, CMA, or MBA)
