We are currently seeking applications from Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join our teams at Keizer Station, North Lancaster, or Skyline in Salem, OR. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, comprehensive care. You will become part of a compassionate and integrated team of physicians, along with supportive clinical and administrative staff. Our organization has developed a PCP-first model that allows you to rediscover your passion for medicine and reclaim your time.

What You Can Expect

• 70% of your in-basket messages will be managed by our dedicated team.
• Enjoy the ability to truly unplug with ghost physicians covering your messages during your time off.
• Collaborate with an experienced support staff and utilize a physician-friendly Epic EMR system, complete with a virtual scribe service .
• Experience seamless collaboration with specialty care, with no prior authorizations required.
• Start strong with a year-long ramp-up and full-year mentorship .
• Eligible for PSLF with flexible 0.7-1.0 FTE schedules to accommodate your lifestyle.

• Generous automatic employer-funded pension and retirement contributions totaling 21% of eligible clinician earnings, with optional additional employee contributions.
• Primary Care Panel Incentive of up to $55,000 annually.

Current Hiring Incentives for This Role

• Relocation allowance of up to $15,000.
• Generous sign-on bonus of up to $75,000.

Salary Information

The annual salary for this position ranges from $271,000 to $308,000 , taking into account the applicant's skills, qualifications, degrees, certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range, we offer a rich benefits package that significantly enhances the total compensation.
