Production Supervisor

LHH is seeking a Production Supervisor for a growing manufacturing organization to to oversee daily operations across multiple production lines. This role is responsible for coordinating manufacturing activities, ensuring operational reliability, and meeting production targets in alignment with company objectives. The anticipated salary for this role is between $75,000-$80,000 a year. Responsibilities: Promote and enforce workplace safety policies to maintain a safe and compliant environment Ensure quality standards are established, followed, and continuously monitored throughout production processes Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production schedules to meet internal and customer demands Lead, train, and mentor production team members, including performance management and issue resolution Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as sales, engineering, and supply chain to address operational needs Track key performance indicators (KPIs), report on results, and implement corrective actions as needed Assess staffing needs and adjust labor resources based on production volumes and business demands Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Medical, dental and vision 401(k) Flexible PTO and holiday pay Work-life balance Paid sick leave where applicable by state law #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
