• Chronic infusion therapiesWith a focus on clinical excellence and patient-centered care, the organization partners closely with pharmacists, nurses, physicians, and healthcare providers to improve outcomes outside of traditional hospital settings.Job SummaryThe Specialty Infusion Manager is responsible for driving chronic therapy and IVIG patient referrals within an assigned territory.This field-based sales role focuses on developing relationships with physicians, clinics, and payors while collaborating with internal pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure seamless patient care delivery.The Specialty Infusion Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and achieving profitability goals.Job Responsibilities• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, clinics, and payors
• Generate chronic therapy and IVIG patient referrals within an assigned territory
• Collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding and service delivery
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and market share growth objectives
• Develop territory plans and analyze performance metrics to support strategic sales initiatives
• Conduct presentations, educational in-services, sales meetings, and training sessions
• Address customer service, access, and referral challenges quickly and effectively
• Support managed care initiatives and reimbursement/pricing submissions
• Maintain accurate documentation, including call reports and expense reporting
• Stay current on disease states, infusion therapies, and reimbursement policies
• Assist with training initiatives and continuous process improvement effortsQualifications• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in infusion services, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare business development preferred
• Experience selling within Neurology, Immunology, Rheumatology, or Transplant markets strongly preferred
• Proven background in healthcare sales, referral development, or customer relationship management
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Strong organizational, territory planning, and time management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment
