Top Pay & Benefits: \n

\n
• Solo drivers : Start at 52 - 69 CPM + an additional 1 - 4 CPM in safety/service bonus
\n
• Team drivers : Earn up to 85 CPM, split - start up to 81 CPM + 4 CPM safety/service bonus, split
\n
• $75 per day for breakdown/layover pay after 24 hours
\n
• Pay Protection for OTR drivers: $1,000 weekly gross – must be available at least 7 consecutive days
\n
• 100% no-touch freight
\n
• Earn up to $4,000 in progressive sign-on bonus**:
\n
• $750 after 30 days
\n
• $500 after 90 days
\n
• $750 after 180 days
\n
• $1,000 after 270 days
\n
• $1,000 after 365 days
\n
• Orientation Pay: $150 per day
\n
• Team drivers are eligible for the same bonus structure after upgrading to 1st seat status
\n
• Average length of haul: Long OTR, longer for teams
\n

Bonuses & Incentives: \n

• 1 - 4 CPM quarterly safety bonus

• Drivers enter the program the month they hire

• No preventable accidents

• No violations or citations in the Unsafe Driving CSA category

• No chargeable service failures

• Paid 4 times/year by the 3rd Friday in the month following quarter end

• $1,000 experienced driver referral bonus

• $100 trainee & refresher referral bonus
\n
• 2 CPM trainee tuition reimbursement

• $100 - $200 clean DOT inspection bonus

• $75 Hazmat bonus
\n
• $75 Upper Northeast bonus - Northern NJ, RI, CT, ME, VT, NH, MA. Not forced

• $20 for each additional stop (excludes first pick up and last delivery)

• $15 per hour ($3.75/15 mins) after 2 hours for detention at a customer (must be on time, send proper macros, and have in/out times listed on BOL)

Route Details: \n

Our drivers typically only run routes east of the Mississippi, meaning you’ll be home every 1 -2 weeks, depending on the freight! At PTL, you'll receive a long OTR length of haul, longer for teams. This means more time on the road earning and less time waiting at the shippers.

\n

To help keep your pay more consistent, we'll pay the portion of miles you've run up to the payroll cutoff time. Our company drivers earn base rate increases based on tenure AND every 50,000 miles with no cap!

• Valid Class A CDL

• Must be at least 21 years old

• 3 months of first-seat experience
